I’m a graphic designer and a regular Unum user, and I truly appreciate the platform’s purpose, especially the ability to visually simulate how my posts will be organized in my clients’ feeds. This feature is incredibly useful for planning and ensuring the best layout for my designs.
However, I’ve encountered an issue that I believe is a bug: I’m unable to set a custom cover for my Reels. The Unum system automatically selects a random frame from the video as the cover, and although there is an option that appears to allow me to upload a cover manually, it does not work properly. When I try to attach a custom cover after uploading the Reel, it loads but does not apply, preventing me from having an accurate feed preview.
I would love to know if this issue can be fixed, as having the ability to set a custom cover for Reels is essential for me and my clients to visualize the feed precisely as planned.
