Option for creating folders in media#143

Allowing the creation of folders in media would be a great addition as it would allow you to organize media by social media post or workgroups or customers. It would eb also great if the users can choose the folder location to store a media file when uploading or posting. This would tie in with providing certain users access only to that specific folder
