Extend BioBar to a mini site#147

It would be great if BioBar could evolve beyond a simple link bar into a full mini site builder, allowing users to create richer, multi-section landing pages with blocks for links, images, and content, while staying easy to use. Showcase online courses, portfolio, services, products, listings etc.
