ability to show igtv, reel, etc cover photos in grid#55

this would be incredibly helpful at keeping the unum grid in line with our published one, especially since insta seems to be promoting video content a lot now. please!! 🙏🏻

Not being able to see reels almost makes UNUM pointless.

^ I agree with that last comment. It’s a weird oversight.
